Small company vibe gives you the time to cut your teeth. The separate sick days from your PROMPT is nice since you get to keep your vacation even if you should get the flu.

Cons

No perks, no bonuses to speak, medical benefits are expensive. Building is way past its expiration date. Good old boy or girl chart.
