Pros
I enjoyed working there for the most part, made good money with big bonuses at that time, we did get some recognition and the managers were pretty fair. I enjoyed the friendship of my team-mates and liked helping the customers when we arranged for them to start repaying on defaulted student loans. Despite the challenges, I was very successful skip-tracing ,then, convinced them we were able to clean up their credit reports by setting up a program, etc. and eventually (in about a year) get a new lender and out of default.
Cons
I was sexually harassed by 6 young women over the course of my employment! I explained I was a happily married man but they didn't care. One girl was caught having sex in a car at lunchtime in the parking lot. And BOTH were already married with children! It became one big whorehouse with everybody sleeping together and very distracting to the job! Management didn't get involved as they felt if it was consensual then whatever. But it wasn't! These girls felt were pretty and hot but would not stop so I had to quit to avoid losing my wife in divorce like other guys there did. I never discussed it with mgmt. as I heard from other guys their view was , well a man can't be raped! Just ignore it. Whatever, that is a lame excuse. Believe it or not, some guys are in a committed relationship and don't want their hearts broken catch a VD, and just used by horny chicks as sex toys!
