You're inside out of the heat all day Sometimes fixing an account could be gratifying $2.00/hr night and weekend differential was nice Huge opportunities for overtime Long period of paid training

Little to no time between calls No cell phones (it's a privacy evaluation) Fixing other departments' mistakes No privacy Everything you do is tracked... they started limiting my bathroom breaks Forget about advancement of you're a softie

Flexible schedule and friendly people and good scheduled days off. I liked the breaks and bonus. The location was convenient for running errands

Cons

Low pay and expensive benefits that you pay each pay day. Vacation pay and sick pay was minimum wage. You were limited to one doctors note. Write ups were never explained
