Incentives, Company Picnic, Easy To Get Into, Contests (although admittedly rigged at least part of the time)

Cons

Politics, very low pay by comparison, rude and unprofessional employees, deceptive, low willingness to work with people, hypocritical management, two faced upper-management, lack of concern for employees, very high turnover, inadequit facilities, fake promotion opportunities

The only reason I gave 1 star instead of zero is due to the bonuses I received. You can make decent money in an entry level position if you work hard.

Cons

Scheduling. If you miss a day you can lose up to 3k (from bonus), even if you have a valid reason. Management is TERRIBLE, be prepared to be verbally and emotionally abused. Morale is extremely low. No room for advancement. Furthermore, it is draining to deal with such angry and rude customers. Training was also very lacking.

There are some good people who have some work ethic and care about their job performance. It's a small company, where everyone has to get to know everyone.

Cons

Management can be cruel, cold, and slave drivers. Employee morale is very low. Lots of people are leaving left and right. Management's idea of encouragement is threatening job-loss.
