Pros

It's income until your position is eliminated due to them off shoring everything.

Cons

Evil company who only cares about profit. Mario will move all jobs to another Country and doesn't care about anyone in the US. They forces us to give positive reviews. Send out email saying the department who had the most reviews gets an incentive. Don't be fooled this is an evil company to work for.

First, we want to thank you for your nine years of dedication and contributions to InteLogix. Our executive team understands that changes in our industry and company strategy can be challenging. Decisions like these are never taken lightly, and they come with real impacts on individuals who have been part of our journey. As you know, we operate in a highly competitive market. To remain strong and continue growing, we have had to make strategic shifts, including leveraging offshore capabilities. This approach allows us to reinvest in innovation, enhance our service offerings, and create new opportunities for our U.S.-based teams in areas where we can drive the most value. While these transitions are difficult, they are essential for ensuring the long-term success and sustainability of our business. If you would like to discuss your concerns further, our HR team is available at (800) 288-6667, and we welcome any feedback that can help us continue improving. Regardless of what’s ahead, we truly appreciate your time with us and wish you the very best in your career journey.

Pros

Get in get your money and go home

Cons

Upper management at the Cove site has cultivated an environment where targeting employees seems to be a deliberate practice, leading to a toxic workplace culture. Instead of fostering collaboration, innovation, and mutual respect, it feels like leadership prioritizes singling out individuals to push them out, creating a hostile and intimidating atmosphere. This “bully culture” doesn’t just affect the targeted employees—it sends ripples throughout the organization, damaging morale and eroding trust in leadership. When employees feel they are under constant scrutiny or fear being the next target, it undermines their confidence, engagement, and sense of belonging. The focus shifts from achieving team or organizational goals to simply trying to survive or avoid becoming a scapegoat. Over time, this can lead to high turnover rates, burnout, and a significant loss of institutional knowledge, which ultimately harms the business itself. Such a culture often thrives when there’s a lack of accountability at the top, when HR fails to protect employees, or when retaliation is normalized. Employees may hesitate to speak up for fear of repercussions or because they believe their concerns will fall on deaf ears. As a result, toxicity festers, making it nearly impossible for the workplace to be a space of growth, creativity, or support. If this behavior is pervasive, it reflects poorly not just on individual leaders but on the organization’s values as a whole. Addressing such systemic issues requires significant reform, accountability, and a commitment from upper management to foster a healthy, supportive workplace culture.
