Very challenging, flexible work hours / arrangements.

Cons

Not much formal training, many long term employees who assume you know how things are done. Old work environment, cramped spaces.

You get incentives when you meet your monthly budget

Cons

You are given a budget that is sometimes impossible to meet. After not meeting your budget for 3 months they fire you. Whether you have a doctors statement or not they will still give you attendance occurences. They do not support or show trust to their employees. They micro manage and baby sit you alot. The day you give your 2 weeks notice they walk you out the door! Condition of work area disgusting! Bathrooms always backed up carpet never vacummed. Breakroom has roaches and so does bathroom.
