      The company offers nice cash bonuses and giveaways, as well as overtime and opportunities for promotion.

      Pros

      You're able to make more than just your base pay. Benefits and 401k are ok.

      Cons

      They don't call this place "Ghetto Collections" (GC) for nothing. They praise employees for making customers cry and treat employees the same way. They try to break you down and make you think you're nothing but a body to fill a seat. They have such a high turn around rate, 50 percent of the people I started with left before the month was over. Don't expect to get promoted unless you like to kiss butt or compromise your morals.
