Pros

High salary, good benefits and work from home

Cons

Management will transfer you to different LOB's and manager. If you stayed to an LOB and manager for 3 months, we call that 'over staying'. They will hire a manager with 0 product knowledge. When I submitted a resignation no one dared to ask what's the reason why I resigned.
