      Pros

      People you work with are friendly and in the same boat you are.

      Cons

      Customers are atrocious (you are collecting past due payments) Pay is not enough for the insanity you deal with The company swears they will be flexible around your school schedule but really they won't. They wanted to me drop from 40 hours to 32 minimum while I was in school.

      Pros

      It was a job, with the economy being what it is and most jobs wanting degrees just to answer phone, it was a job.

      Cons

      Hours vary from day to day. Mon work 7-4 Tues work 10-7 with this type of schedule was difficult to get to dr's if needed. Would take your hour lunch away without notice. Worked 6 days a week pretty much 10 hours a day. And the Job was mostly getting YELLED at and CUSSED out all day.
