A great place to start if you don't mind an atmosphere of organized chaos.

Its a great place to gain experience in that they are very lenient with some of their policies and very eager to coach you into better or more suitable behavior/

Cons

The management. There is an utter lack of organization and thought which flows, not trickles down from above. Management at GC makes nearsighted and erattic changes on seemingly a whim.

good starting pay, some early days and half-days

Cons

Managers like to talk down to you for asking questions. They have no respect for their employees and the schedules are all over the place. If you are helpful to a debtor they scold you and then if you are unhelpful, straight to the point, and (in my opinion) rude, they are upset that the debtor is not paying.

Its a steady job where you can count on having a place to work where nobody will really cause you any distractions.

Cons

Everything else. The atmosphere, the group, the very idea of the place is revolting. We make money off of making you pay your bills.
