Don't Stay!

Pros

The early schedules are nice thay allow to collect money. Anything starting after 1:00 p.m. is hell broke lose. U can opt for an hour lunch schedule or 30 min lucnch schedule. Management is ok at times but expect to be ridiculed if a small mistake made while on call.

Cons

Be prepared to fight tooth and nail to make some one pay their bill if not then be ready to be blammed for the client not paying.

Pros

The people I work with are pleasant, the training really helps you get to know what you ate doing, and the performance bonuses are great if you are willing to work hard.

Cons

The way paid time off works sucks (you get an occurrence for using it no matter what), you have very little in the way of benefits for your first couple of months in the company.

Pros

Friendly co-workers and supportive managment. Base pay is 13.88 plus $3.XX comes out to about 17.50 per hr any benifits come out of that $3.XX this is only for ed contract. Lots of prizes and give aways. Bonus potential.

Cons

High turn over. Lots of rules. Some collectors are very cut throat and will steal accounts from new people. Very strict on attendance. No over time allowed. There is luck involved when collecting. Can be stressfull at first. If you cant produce numbers you will get fired. Managment is nice but they play favorites.
