Pros

Friendly environment, good management. Laid back. They feed us almost every other day. They make sure that you're doing well on your calls, chats and offer you further training if need be.

Cons

minimum wage, Alejandro works here. Maximum of a $2.50 bonus based on your call survey's.

Steady hours and scheduling. Good managers and staff.

Cons

Not enough parking at the Lee Trevino GC Services facility. Other than problems on site with protocol the base pay is a bit low for the type of work compared to other CS representative facilities in the area.

Basically if you get sick and throw up on the job don't expect to get a break get back to work
