Pros
- Interesting and a dynamic work environment - Well established company with solid operational structure and policies - Lots of learning opportunities as you end up trying out a lot of different things/techs
Cons
- CEO likes to run the show and shoots down anyone who doesn't follow along - Doesn't matter what your role or experience is, you do whatever the CEO tells you to do - No actual system or process is followed, everything is played by the ear.
