The culture and vibe of our company is one of a kind! Everyone works hard and does well in their roles, so it's great to be apart of such a supportive company. The HR team is great, they genuinely care and are very friendly. There is an open-door policy that makes me feel like I can express any concerns I have and I know they will be heard and considered instead of ignored and shrugged off. No place is perfect, but this is as close as it comes. Management works hard at balancing people’s workloads while growing the business. The company runs on trust and transparency and this provides a feeling of mutual respect for everyone in the company, regardless of position or rank. I recently joined Intech Process Automation. This company actually has a good and positive working environment. INTECH on-boarding process is very comfortable as you are welcomed as a family member. People working here are of good nature and cooperative. Management is cooperative and open to listen your suggestion. Another good thing is that there is no bossy culture as communication is very open. Looking forward to make an impact.
