      Overworked and gaslighted into believe it's normal

      frequent parties and pot lucks, corporate is in an area with decent COL, C-levels located in an ivory tower in another state so they aren't breathing down your neck

      Cons

      Absolute disaster zone in terms of priorities. They just kept piling and piling and piling until I broke. Was constantly told that's what a successful team puts up with, and if you aren't willing to do the work, this isn't the place for you. Management directly said anyone who quit for being overworked is just lazy. Everyone was looking for new jobs when I left if they had any sense of self preservation. Even my therapist suggested I just try to find a new job rather than try to work out the issues at this one. I wouldn't return even if they doubled the salary.
