      Competitive wages and benefits Stable work

      Cons

      Management all seem to smile and nod, but no one is home. Unbelievable turnover levels and old equipment Toxic environment. Not sure how to describe it, but you feel it when you walk in the door.

      Time off and holiday pay.

      Cons

      No sick days. Given 3 grace days to use if sick and dont want points for days missed. However it's at your supervisor discretion whether or not they think you're sick and if they will allow grace day or give point. Grace days can not be used for weather related issues. You either are at work or you get a point. They do not care for your well being. Pay is not compeitive and it shows by how many people have left recently. Bullying is supposedly not tolertated yet it happens all the time. Go to hr and they look at you like you have a problem.
