Absolute disaster zone in terms of priorities. They just kept piling and piling and piling until I broke. Was constantly told that's what a successful team puts up with, and if you aren't willing to do the work, this isn't the place for you. Management directly said anyone who quit for being overworked is just lazy. Everyone was looking for new jobs when I left if they had any sense of self preservation. Even my therapist suggested I just try to find a new job rather than try to work out the issues at this one. I wouldn't return even if they doubled the salary.

No sick days. Given 3 grace days to use if sick and dont want points for days missed. However it's at your supervisor discretion whether or not they think you're sick and if they will allow grace day or give point. Grace days can not be used for weather related issues. You either are at work or you get a point. They do not care for your well being. Pay is not compeitive and it shows by how many people have left recently. Bullying is supposedly not tolertated yet it happens all the time. Go to hr and they look at you like you have a problem.
