      Pros

      if you like lots of work experiences then that's a pro.

      Cons

      they say they have values but mgmt lies about the real set of values they hold which is everyone for themself. no support for advancement - women are treated as threats and kept out of mgmt. mgmt will tell you anything to keep you but they dont follow thru.

      Pros

      Vacation Time is about the only positive

      Cons

      Management and HR do not know what they are doing, The HR department is just constant turnover, Mandatory OT when they fire too many people and we can't hit our weekly goals with a 40 hour week, Pay is horrible when considering what this company produces and how much this company makes, Management always seems to promote the wrong employees resulting in the mess that is known as Integer.
