Pros

Flexible work schedule with remote opportunity. Strong team effort for projects. There is a lot of long time staff members who do not mind training and helping out new employees.

Cons

There is some disconnect for a new hire with the manufacturing process with having separate facilities but there is plenty of reason to travel between facilities.

Good personal values, good communication with education courses and games. Open space to share energies

Cons

The salary doesn't comes usually in the correct way, they prefer Brazilians and Juniors to pay less, dont recognize the work the person does, evaluations arent made and awards arent given.
