      Pros

      Medical benefits are good. The location is in the center of the twin cities are is easily accessible. Tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Management does not work well with other departments. Mandatory OT for 9 months straight for inspectors. 2 different sets of rules for office employees and factory employees. No bonus for 2 years. No developed training plan.

      Pros

      Decent pay and job security for most.

      Cons

      Integer is made up of over 30 sites that are all mergers and acquisitions over the last 15 years. Most of the sites were never really integrated so it feels as though each site is a separate company. Not much for advancement opportunities and constant change of management. Lots of great technology, but unbelievably poor planning and direction. Its a prime example of a company with great mottos, mission statements, and lip service, but absolutely nothing to back it up. Its a potential manufacturing power house but it is its own worst enemy.

      Pros

      For the most part, the colleagues are very helpful and good at what they do.

      Cons

      No accountability, no work life balance, no maternity benefits, ethical concerns, conflicts of interest. When ethical concerns are raised, nothing is done. Bad for working mothers. Feedback is requested to improve morale. None of the feedback is implemented. You get a pizza party.
