Pros

I started my career as agent. This company has good rating process where if you work well, you would be recognized and climb the success ladder. Initial days were quite challenging as all were busy with the project & none were immediately available for training, but that got overcome by the management. During the initial days, i felt the salary is low but once you start performing and show the results, you get more incentives & also salary.

Cons

Training for the job is very limited & you may have to self learning. Company doesn't provide pick up facility.
