Please dont join in integra. Idiotic Management and HR's

Pros

Good Work environment. Can learn stuffs in integra. Shift time is good and convenient.

Cons

Very Very Bad Management. Full of partiality. Once they dont need you they will do anything to make you quit like changing team, shift time, giving false complaints an your work etc. You will get no benefits for your work. Your incentives will be cheated. You will not be paid properly. Extra hours work will be alloted to employees for no reason. And saturdays also will be an working day where there are no indian holidays given. Its tough not getting indian holidays as well as no saturday leaves. Those who say yes for all nonsense told by team leader only can survive in INTEGRA.

We continue to find ways to improve and to address everyone's concerns at our company. All staff have direct access to any of the top management at anytime to voice their concerns. As our company has grown to more than 475 staff it has become impossible to spend time with each staff and get to know them as compared to when we were a small company. Through our company meetings, emails, gatherings, outings we try to maintain an environment where feedback can be provided. We are trying to maintain a fun, dynamic and caring environment as we grow. I am sorry that our efforts are not meeting your expectations. I genuinely care about the company and the welfare of all the staff that work for us. Pros

Joined Integra as a fresher from college and I was selected on campus recruitment. I was made welcome as a fresher on the first job long with 15 other people. I was given excellent training in Bookkeeping and it was intense and it continued for almost 3 months. Even though it was very difficult and intense, I have realized that I was learning a lot in a very short time. I was placed on a project and I am working with international clients in just 3 months after university. I don't think any other company offer such luxury in Coimbatore. I am very proud of my colleagues, my team leader and our company. -- Excellent training -- Career Growth -- Exposure to international clients -- Cab service for night shift girls -- Good work atmosphere

Cons

I have read some of the negative comments here about Integra and in my view it is non-sense. People talk bad of the company if they had individual issues with someone or if they were not given pay rise as per their expectation. People don't understand, only hard work and sincerity can take them higher. As far as I have seen in the past 1.5 years, my experience has been wonderful at Integra and I have already asked 3 of my friends to apply here. Unfortunately none of them got through, but I was given genuine feedback on what happened on their interview.

-- Opportunity to learn new skills -- Training on Quickbooks, Sage and Xero accounting software -- Excellent Pay -- Profit sharing bonus and incentives (Some months my incentives are more than the pay) -- Friendly work culture and atmosphere

Cons

-- Little too far for me to travel -- No company cab for male employees in night shift
