Pros

I worked as Senior SEO Analyst at Integra, man it was the best part of my entire career so far, the independence and easy access to top level management I had was something every marketer would love. CEOs were all very friendly, infact they were all like just another employee. Discussing marketing strategies and stuffs freely with me and patiently listening to my suggestions and ideas. The stuffs I learned directly from CEOs especially from Mr. Rajesh Velayuthasamy were countless and will surely play crucial role in my career.

There is nothing that can be said as bad or issue at Integra.

No work pressure Very friendly team leaders, managers and management Opportunity to work on multiple projects hence chance to learn different things

Cons

Salary might be a little lesser than other companies. But compared to similar VA service providing companies, Integra is competitive. You cannot just compare salaries with bigger companies, If you want what other bigger companies offer, then you just gotta go and work there. But you know for a fact that you wont get a job there. So no point in cribbing asking for more pay if you dont deserve it. Small to medium business model, so growth is a little lesser. But the longer you stay at Integra the more you are rewarded. Compared to other similar service providers in the city, Integra I would say is far far better. If somebody's given a bad review, I would say it's because they did something wrong and was penalized for it. If you didn't like working there, why the hell did you stay for so long.
