      People Free bagels on Friday’s Generous PTO New building

      Cons

      Very political atmosphere. They really don’t care care about employees, only what they contribute to make investors happy. Bonuses are not competitive at all and Management team, especially the CHRO is as fake as they come. They keep saying things are changing for the better but it never does.

      Bagel Friday in the Plainsboro location.

      Cons

      They get rid of good employees to clear their bottom line to pay for bonuses! The jobs they eliminate are reposted 6 months later with a slight change. You will be just a number that they are willing to get rid of to pay for another party/event.
