Unbeleivably awful management. This last lot is the worst i've seen. It's only about politics now. competency has gone out the window. There are at least 5 managers for every employee - all new. know nothing. we have never received one raise that even kept up with the cost of living. They talk down to the employees, mouthing tons of platitudes, it's demeaning and disrespectful. Unless you're a fav, you can kiss any promotion good bye.

Severe lack of foresight and rationale across the board by upper management and executives. Wound care will always be the company's focus, which is fine. But other divisions offer no long-term security as the company often takes a "throw it against the wall, see what sticks, and market the hell out of it" approach without a real plan and no realistic support. Overzealous compliance department and initiatives. Serious manufacturing problems in all divisions, constant state of backorder. Again, if you're not in wound care, do not feel good about your long-term outlook.
