Pays top dollar for great performance! Top talent is now being hired to drive the business. Great products, well known in the industry.

Cons

Disconnect between the top management and field. Missing few key products to fill in the gap in portfolio. Need new capital products and case driven products.

The only "pros" worth mentioning are the dedicated employees at Waltham and Boston Offices.

Very sad to see a company, it's product and people decimated like this.

Benefits were good. The people were generally nice, especially in the Austin office.

Cons

Generally speaking, the company puts their trust in their processes not people which creates a frustrating mentality at times. They also tend to squeeze as much as they can from corporate employees, at times leaving much needed positions open for much longer than is helpful.
