Pros

Great people. Fun to work with. Very friendly. Operation manager is a blast. She as funny. She is firm but fair. Very charismatic. The place fells like a movie set. Working hard but pleasant.

Cons

Low compensation. Most other companies in the industry are more competitive.

Pros

Few really good people with talent, adequately stocked vending machines, and free internet which helped find me a new job

Cons

Top heavy, overlapping, overpaid upper and middle management. Yearly raises are like the sightings of the Coelacanth: hardly ever seen past 1%, if seen at all. Time is superbly well wasted on meeting after meeting after meeting that produces more meetings without actual progress on the agenda if there was an agenda to begin with. Outdated processes and systems, ensuring that the people that do the work (keeping this bloated pig afloat) are hammered over the head everyday with, more work. Efficiency is non-existent. It does not even visit at this place; it passes by like mold in the night. Compare some reviews and approval ratings with other companies. You may have a brighter career and financial future working for KFC, Taco Bell, Maaco, McDonalds, and Sizzler who's CEO approval ratings and friend recommendations are higher than this place. Integra = Dump.

Incompetence in rare form

Pros

I was lucky enough to work with a handful of intelligent people - probably the only ones at the company. Other than that there are no pros.

Cons

Raises and bonuses are a joke. Integra buys up respectable companies in hopes that they can improve their appearance to customers. Employees are not adequately trained. Customers are NOT a top priority. XXL Fleece integra vests for Christmas...really? Company relies on processes that are outdated and that don't work and are reluctant to try anything new. I was lied to by my manager and department director a number of times. Not unusual for a sales rep to not receive a commission check on time. Departments that really need help are left understaffed and overworked.
