Management makes up rules that aren't approved by the corporate office, no advancement opportunities, very slow at literally everything, their engineering department is the worst I've ever seen, quality department isn't much better, very discriminatory when enforcing rules. This is very unfortunate because it used to be a very good place to work.

Lack of communication between front line employees and upper management. They are trying to become a "billion dollar company" at the employees expense. No adequate training on processes or on new acquisitions.
