Communication is their biggest issues

Pros

Integra offers great benefits including health insurance, dental and vision insurance, and 3 weeks paid time off.

Cons

Communication is a problem at Integra. Disorganization is most likely the cause as it's hard to track down who has needed information. Changes are constant in upper management making it even harder to find information at times. Pay is lower than average.

Pros

They try hard to make you feel like you are an important piece of the business.

Cons

They don't know anything about the businesses they purchase and then change all that is good about them!
