Pros

Integra is a rapidly growing medical technology company that is still small enough to stay agile. Employees are able to test and engage themselves in a variety of initiatives around the company to ensure Integra remains an engaging place to work. One of the coolest things about it is that you can look back over the course of your tenure and see how you personally made a difference in the way the company grows!

Cons

Looking forward to an update in facilities when we move into a very modern office space.

Roles are not set in stone. Oppertunity for experience in other areas where you might not get at a larger more established company.

Cons

Complicated. No sense of loyalty to employees. Managers are not very knowledgeable in their field. Tons of back stabbing and favortism. Not open to new ideas unless it can grant your manager a promotion. Uptight.
