I was lucky enough to work with a handful of intelligent people - probably the only ones at the company. Other than that there are no pros.

Cons

Raises and bonuses are a joke. Integra buys up respectable companies in hopes that they can improve their appearance to customers. Employees are not adequately trained. Customers are NOT a top priority. XXL Fleece integra vests for Christmas...really? Company relies on processes that are outdated and that don't work and are reluctant to try anything new. I was lied to by my manager and department director a number of times. Not unusual for a sales rep to not receive a commission check on time. Departments that really need help are left understaffed and overworked.

This is in a ad for a supervisor and is a joke, how you are treated in my area depend on the director and color period Must be able to give and welcome constructive feedback; contribute to building a positive team spirit. Lazy atmosphere below average skills of employees. rude leadership shows no respect to employee, many, many good people leaving I hate coming here hope to leave soon. One employee jokes about telling people he is a drug dealer rather than tell anyone he works here lol true story •Must treat others with respect; work with integrity and ethically; uphold organizational values.
