Pros

Good Regenerative products. Large bag with many different products to sell. Is continually acquiring companies.

Cons

Constant comp plan changes. Capped earning potential for sales reps. Benefits are sub-Par... Selling the "Metal Portfolio" is a commodity and is chasing cases. Future major sales re-organization coming with the acquisition of Tei BioSciences. Huge sales turnover as of Jan 2015... Company will eventually be acquired by someone big.

No job growth, very low pay, overworked, no promotions, benefits are horrible, management shows favoritism, management makes everyone feel like crap, management only look out for themselves, management calls employees "little people"
