      Great Products, Lousy Management

      Pros

      The products are amazing and can really help people if they would keep their facilities up to date. There are a few talented individuals, but many not so talented. The benefits are so-so. Bagel Fridays were always nice.

      Cons

      Management makes knee-jerk decisions that completely derails carefully made plans and ends up causing catastrophe. The hard workers are abused, while the good ones get abused. There is constant moving of goal posts to justify using product that does not meet specifications. Their raises were terrible.

      Pros

      Phenomenal products and good portfolio of products that save lives. Seem to have a plan for growth. Upper management is focused on moving the company forward. Corporate areas have a good work environment.

      Cons

      Middle management is a revolving doorofmanagers waiting to go back to Big Pharma. They bring in their friends instead of trying to work with the talent and systems that are in place.
