Growing company moving in the right direction
Pros
Good company to grow with, many good changes for the better. It's a good time to be with the company as the company is growing organically, putting good people and management in place, working on colleague development and engagement understanding and realizing their people are the greatest asset. A lot of room to grow but moving in the right direction. Good work life balance, flexibility allowed in some functions which is a plus. The fitness center is also very nice.
Cons
Pay is lower than most competitors so they need to work on that. Still some senior leaders that do not demonstrate Integra's values. Some weak managers, some people who get promoted with no or weak management skills. Morale is low, high turnover- company is working on that so hopefully they do so.
