      Pros

      Co-workers were great and the wages were very fair. The actual work was interesting and the customer base was great. Interaction with fellow employees rated very high.

      Cons

      The training was extremely poor and communication between management and employees was poor!

      Pros

      Most employees are team players. PTO is about the best thing they offer.

      Cons

      Employees who give 100% are definitely not compensated for it. Management doesn't listen to employees. I feel that the company is headed in the wrong direction. You can't give employees 1-2% raises and expect them to stay!
