      Pros

      I found the employees to be dedicated and very professional. Always willing to assist one another with the many daily work challenges.

      Cons

      It was very challenging balancing work/life. What job it's these days! Upper management was working on it but not there yet.

      Pros

      The company is so needy, you can readily assume responsibility for a wide bandwidth of activity. They also value experience from J&J, Covidien, and other large device/pharma firms.

      Cons

      The quality of management is low. They seem to be the "cast offs" of larger companies and don't get the fact that employees should be valued and developed. The pays and benefits are bad. There is no respect for the employee. I was constantly embarrassed by the behavior of senior employees on site and from New Jersey.
