      Overworked with underwhelming compensation.

      Bagels on Friday and PTO days.

      Cons

      Low pay, long hours, no compensation/reward. 1% to 2% yearly raises. Expense reimbursement takes up to 30 days! Medical Benefit coverage and high copays.

      Interesting Business, Difficult Culture

      Pros

      Company makes such great products. Ability to work from home sometimes. Too bad the culture does not support employees.

      Cons

      Individuals are not valued. Hard to know what is expected of you. Employee mantra is "In order to get along, just do whatever you are told.". If you think and express yourself it's a toss up - you might be thought of as brilliant or a trouble-maker. Strangest culture. They'd rather bring in an outsiders than promote from within. Turnover is out of control.
