Pros

Better than not working. I honestly can't offer any other reason to take employment here other than being out of work.

Cons

This is one company that I honestly could not recommend for anyone to work at. For a company that has so much potential, it is weighted down by incompetent management that fight to protect their positions by any means. Internal promotions are next to non-existent (outside candidates and consultant buddies are always apparently more skilled). Turnover is high...particular burnout in Quality and Operations/Engineering. Don't rock the boat and never interfere with releasing product
