Impossible to drive change. Mentally and physically abusive. Unstable, long hours, old broken and fixed with chewing gum manufacturing equipment. Production management in manufacturing is clueless. I dunno is most popular statement. Abrasive and one sided blinded views from senior management. Insane and unrealistic working conditions that requires off hours and weekends without advanced notice. It's a complete mess and unorganized without leadership. The ones who get it and try to change horrible culture get abused and lynch mobbed. You can't disagree or attempt to change things. Refusal to learn or try new things. You have to be insane or desperate to work at INTEGRA.
