- Great coworkers, alot of people are passionate and take pride in the products we make. - Plainsboro is an easy commute and a nice town to work in. - Opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and gain resume building experience

Cons

- Very few opportunities to advance, mostly a political decision when opportunity does arise - Lower levels are expected to do most of the work, with little pay. "Run lean" mentality - Annual raises are low, if any and benefits are a joke - Pay is much lower than comparable companies = high turnover rate - High number of acquisitions created a disconnected company with terrible communication

You can Facebook all day long! Basically you can do anything on the internet since it is wide open. Sometime I watch ESPN, movies, youtube, listen to the ball game, download using peer to peer. heck you can search for all sort of porn too.. The best company for surfing the internet! Second to none! This company luv to spend money for employees to travel all over to all thier sites. Lets just say I in a postion to do this very offend.

Cons

No beer in the vending machines to go with my web surfing. Seating controlled by the CEO is a bit weird. No Parking Spaces! Make employees walk through a mosquito infested gutter drainage.

small company, great exposure to upper managment prospect of getting a high level position is good.

Cons

terrilble upper managment and management in general. prospect of getting a high level position is good but pay is not. the CEO is a suscessful monery manager (former wall street hot-shot) not a people manager. terrible organizational structure, business process and quality processes.
