      Not a healthy place to work

      Pros

      It appeared to me that other departments than design quality were ok; people were not complaining.

      Cons

      Design quality department was a nightmare. The department is packed with consultants and the sr. director, who comes from R/D and has no QE/QA experience, cannot let go of any small detail regardless of insignificance; he is into the weeds all the time. There is quite a bit of negativity/disrespectfulness by the consultants, who are backed/listened to by sr. director.

      Pros

      Historically, the colleagues at Integra have been friendly and good to work with. Usually, movement within the company has been fairly easy and personal growth has been a plus.

      Cons

      Recent and ongoing leadership changes has lead to an environment of uncertainty. Additionally, leaders have been relying on a lot of consultants versus full time hires, which makes internal movement almost impossible.

      Integra does not value their employees. The company does not listen to employee input and fails to provide personal development to allow employees to excel within the organization. Open and honest communications do not exist at Integra.
