Very, very poor work-life balance. The number of personnel assigned were not accurately assessed for the full workload involved and management was not forthcoming about levels of remediation needed or upfront about actual deadlines for time-sensitive deliverables required. Felt unsupported by leadership who put new personnel in a very tough position by omitting important details about previous decisions that impacted the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
