      Great team to work with. Flexible schedule. Great manager.

      Cons

      No opportunity to grow, pay is very low compared to other companies in the industry. Encouraged to try new skills but those skills are never compensated for. Manufacture works poorly with quality group. Constant miscommunication .

      Bagel Friday in the Plainsboro location.

      Cons

      They get rid of good employees to clear their bottom line to pay for bonuses! The jobs they eliminate are reposted 6 months later with a slight change. You will be just a number that they are willing to get rid of to pay for another party/event.

      Great product and huge opportunites for cost savings.

      Cons

      Accounting and culture not in alignment to implement cost reduction initatives. Gross Margins for medical devices are high so opportunities as scrap is hidden. A good example of the hiddden factory.
