Pros

Autonomy is granted in Sales positions. Benefits are solid. Went on parental leave and they never bothered me. Disabled my work stuff so I wouldn't try to work on my time off. I had a great manager and that might be why it was such a pleasure.

Cons

Not many colleagues in different departments shared my sentiment so I'm not sure if it is across the board a great place to work but I enjoyed it at least.
