Interesting technology. Low hierarchy. Open floor working environment. Free lunch. Frequent company activities including cricket games. Hiring new people, moving teams around. Great vision.

Cons

Hiring new people, moving teams around. Not enough female engineers. Communication about company performance is okay, but information about individual performance could be better. Yearly performance reviews, but not much in between other than informal feedback.
