Pros
Surprisingly, they are still in business! There were good people when I worked there but now all of them have moved on...
Cons
Now the industry has forced more transparency with this private platform and Integral is publishing their average daily volume. In gross, it appears to be a lot of transaction but anyone in the industry figures the global ADV to be approximately $5 trillion, which makes Integral's market share after what? 25 years to be a measly single digit compared to Reuters and Bloomberg. It's embarrassing to see them announce the number now month-after-month expecting no one would notice its state of affairs... A handful of senior engineers are vital to this company and there's no depth. Once few of them bail, it's over.

Thought leader in offering innovative products for the FX e-market. Many long time professional employees who are good at what they do, believe in the company's vision and strategies. Competitive benefits, lunch catered daily, loved the team spirit and work environment Good work life balance
Cons
Management lacks transparency in communication with employees. Estaff execution not always in sync with corporate strategies. Small - mid sized company, career advancement opportunities may be limited depending on department.
