Pros

I enjoyed interacting with the residence and making it feel like this was there home. We celebrated a few Kosher holidays with traditional foods. Farmers market, theme events.

Cons

Noticing that the residents were missed informed about how the dining room was operated by the executive Director. No funds for broken serviceware in dining room. Equipment and back of the house. Not operating.. Not willing to hire enough staff to operate. Not willing to hire enough staff. Disciplinary counseling for long-term employee with no consequence.
