you get the work experience if you want to go into the healthcare field

Cons

you get paid twice a month. the group homes start at 9.25 and needs to be higher cause its harder work

Incompetent management under incompetent CFO and her surrogates. Employees are treated like factory workers with no incentives to work harder.

lots of freedom in community to develop the right fit for residents, small communities that are being refurbished

Cons

usually failing hotels or assisted livings, corporate is constantly changing as relatively young company browning very fast. Not consistent with mission
