This company has a wonderful culture and is extremely supportive and positive. They definitely walk the walk, the corporate directors model the culture and that positivity and exuberance inspires each community.

Cons

Sometimes their eyes are larger than their stomachs, so to speak, when it comes to programming but their intentions are well meaning and they understand that each community is different. They're extremely supportive and open to new ideas.
