The residents are the best reason. They made work bearable on the most stressful of days. I wish I could have lasted longer there, but my health was suffering and temporary part time was not an option.

Cons

Very physically demanding. It was difficult to keep up sometimes. Kitchens can be dangerous. Slowing down is hard to do. I am high energy but small and even I struggled.
